I had a 482 credit score when I first called Randy. With his help, it’s almost 750, and he was clearly on top of the FHA 203k loan/mortgage process from initial contract through the closing.
His communication was excellent throughout, and he was an asset to me in getting through the process.

We were confused about the third parties that were contacting our work and also the signed copies we required from our bank after giving this company details or our employment and also of our bank account details. I don't understand why they do not have a contact for bank to view assets after the documents we signed. I had to field if faxes and odd phone calls to my employer were scam requests for information because the names were not from the mortgage company.

I understand there were weird circumstances but there should have been better communication. I wasn’t getting updates, just closing getting pushed back about 12 times. If I was dealing with an upset and worried customer if mine I would have contacted them twice a day. Once in the morning to let you know where we are and what we are waiting for and at the end of the day to let them know what happened and any delays. This was the most stressful thing and I felt I had to beg for updates
